Weight loss team, last chance workout!

Weight Busters team Training

Our gym offers a Biggest Loser style program called Weight Busters. It's much like the TV show except that no one gets voted off. The teams train together at least 3 times a week and are weighed in weekly. At the end of 16 weeks, we'll have a winning team and an overall winner.

The big winners are my team "W.D.M.A" which means "We Don't Mess Around."
This group is a collective machine. They work together like champs and
no one works harder!

This week was a banner week for the team. We had a 14 pound weight loss.
Everyone lost weight.

While I can't divulge all our training secrets, I can give you a peek into
our last training session with 3 of our team.

These people inspire me because they keep returning for the beatings.
Driven doesn't even begin to describe our team!
