Weight Busters team Training |

Our gym offers a Biggest Loser style program called Weight Busters. It's much like the TV show except that no one gets voted off. The teams train together at least 3 times a week and are weighed in weekly. At the end of 16 weeks, we'll have a winning team and an overall winner. These people inspire me because they keep returning for the beatings.
